NOTES:
Right this is a re-encode of the DDC - ARS release that was on warez sites early yesterday.
Source is the best to date with the full runtime and nice decent sound.......shame whoever original ripped
these releases didn't do it to a higher bitrate/res/correct AR etc......
Have told a few users yesterday i wasn't going to do these but after a more pm's asking and a quiet afternoon
i decided to change my mind so here ya go
I know there is already re-encodes out and what no.....also releases tagging them different etc....but from what i
can tell they've all come from the same source ;-)
Also i haven't tried to higher the bitrate and res.....for the simple fact that won't improve it at all.....i've kept close
enough to the original files.


WORK DONE:
Fixed AR
Added chroma,contrast,lum,gamma
Lowered RGB black base
Used a contour and sharpen filters
Fixed bad IVTC
